This floater workout is for SCALED athletes only.
Individual Novice
Athletes will have :90 seconds to find the total amount of reps of completed Alternating Dumbbell Hang Snatch.
Mixed Double and Team of 3 Scaled
Athletes will have 2:00 seconds to find the total amount of reps of completed Alternating Dumbbell Hang Snatch. One athlete will be working while the other partner/s are in a push up position.
For the dumbbell hang snatch, the athlete starts from a hang position (standing tall with hips and knees extended) and must lift the dumbbell overhead in one continuous motion to a fully locked-out position.
After the rep is completed, the athlete must lower the dumbbell below the top of their head before switching hands for the next rep, and the non-working hand cannot touch the body.
A successful rep requires the athlete to stand with hips, knees, and arms fully extended, and the dumbbell positioned over the middle of their body.
